We strive to be able to deliver the highest quality products to the most number of customers across India. Trio Comet offers various payment options and ships products all across India. For that, we also offer multiple payment options so that payment is never an issue.
Trio Comet shall also do its best to display near-exact images and/or videos of all the products. However, the actual colours might slightly vary due to photographic reasons and digital colors.
Trio Comet ensures correct and accurate pricing of all the products on our website. However, in any case where the cost is incorrect, we will do our best to inform you about the same as soon as we can.
In the case of an order when you paid an unfair amount, we will try to reach out to you. However, if we cannot reach out to you in any possible way, we will then cancel the order from our side. In this case, if you had already paid for the product, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
Trio Comet also has the right to change the price of any product without informing its customer or buyers. Slight price changes can occur even after you buy a certain product. They are also subject to offers and combos.
However, if you have already placed an order, the price of the Product(s) contained in that order will never change.
All the product prices include GST and/or similar taxes.
Additionally, all the prices are reflective of the products on the website (triocomet.com), and not on any other platform.
All orders on ‘tricomet.in’ can be paid for using different payment methods such as Debit and Credit Cards, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), COD (Cash on Delivery) and Net Banking.
In orders placed where the payment is done, further processing of the products will be done once we confirm the payment.
In case of a situation where the amount is debited for a placed order, but the order is rejected or cancelled due to human or software errors, then the total amount will be refunded to your account source of payment. The same will be done within 48 hours. In any similar cases or any other related circumstances where an amount is accidentally debited, the same will be refunded back to you.
However, if you do not receive the amount after the given time, immediately contact us. In case the company has processed it, please contact your Bank.
Trio Comet guarantees prompt product delivery, with the delivery time varying based on factors such as customer address, product availability, order quantity, chosen delivery method, working days in a week, and national holidays.
An estimated time of delivery will be shown to you on both your Orders page and your confirmation Email or Text Message.
If the Delivery happens to be delayed, we will inform you about the same as soon as possible via Email or Text Message. However, Trio Comet is not liable for any mental or psychological harm caused by the delay.
The customer must be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Trio Comet will message its customers about the time and date when the product is most likely to be delivered.
In case the order cannot be delivered to you, we will ship the order back to us and then either call you to negotiate a plan of action or process a complete refund.
All of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and are made to be in accordance with the legal laws of India. Any dispute regarding the same will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
